  4. Invest in social housing.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n

      1. Work with the State Legislature to provide more funding for social services, including housing assistance along with mental and physical health care.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Work with local organizations, social service providers and members of vulnerable communities to make sure we\u2019re offering the best support.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Work with local immigrant services and new Mainers to ensure best support for people seeking refuge.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
      4. Support sober houses, recovery programs and harm reduction services.\u00a0 <\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. Require the city to outsource work to local unions.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
